Sonia Raman built this team around one idea: the person who measures your opening should be able to explain why that measurement matters, and the installer who shows up should be the one whose license number you already have. Marcus T. - Lead Technician, Impact & High-Velocity Installations
Marcus has been installing impact-rated windows and doors in Broward County for fourteen years, and he’s still the one who climbs the ladder to check the header condition himself. He’s certified in PGT WinGuard and CGI Estate systems, and he keeps a weathered notebook of every house he’s worked on from Cooper City to Southwest Ranches - not for show, but because he can’t stand guessing when a customer calls back about a detail from 2019. His human detail: he breeds orchids in a greenhouse behind his house in Davie, and he’ll notice your landscaping before he notices your siding. “A good install starts with not crushing anything that takes three years to grow,” he says.
Elena R. - Senior Installer, Custom & Geometric Openings
Elena joined us in 2018 after six years of high-end residential millwork in Coral Gables, and she’s the reason we don’t flinch at trapezoids, circles, or the occasional octagon a homeowner sketches on a napkin. His human detail: he coaches youth basketball at Bamford Sports Complex, and he treats our installation calendar like a practice schedule - every player has a position, and nobody double-books.
Jin S. - Apprentice Installer, Energy-Efficient Systems
Jin came to us in 2022 after completing the construction program at Broward College, and she’s logged 340 supervised installs under Elena’s direct mentorship. She’s certified in ECO Window Systems and Therma-Tru entry door systems, and she’s become our go-to for explaining U-factor and SHGC to homeowners who just want their FPL bill to drop. She still carries her first measured survey in her truck - a sliding glass door in Shenandoah that came in 3/16″ under spec, which Marcus made her re-measure twice until she understood why that gap mattered in July humidity. Her human detail: she keeps a spreadsheet of every home’s before-and-after energy usage that customers voluntarily share, and she’s quietly building a case study that might actually change how Davie quotes efficiency upgrades.
